For this new production of Rigoletto, the Lille Opera calls on the stage director Yves Beaunesne, who in 2006 brilliantly succeeded with his first staging of an opera : Massenet’s Werther. The National Orchestra of Lille will be conducted by Roberto Rizzi Brignoli, in the purest Italian tradition. An international cast of exceptional young soloists will ensure the full dramatic intensity demanded by this masterpiece from Verdi.
