A version of Janácek’s opera adapted for twelve singers and twelve instrumentalists which, in the guise of a childish fable describing events in the story of a little vixen, reveals itself to be a philosophical tale on the relationship between animals and man, nature, love, freedom, the cycle of life and death, and the passing of time.
