Based on the unfinished score of Mozart’s Requiem, Alain Platel, Fabrizio Cassol and a remarkable group of musicians from Africa examine a taboo subject, that of death. With perfect complicity, they deliver a sensitive meditation that is both inspiring and devoid of false modesty on the vicissitudes of existence.
