Medea, Ariane, Phedra, three women whose tragic destinies are all linked to Theseus, the Athenian hero. An eternal source of artistic inspiration, these mythic tales have also formed the basis for some of music’s most beautiful works. The soloists of the Concert d’Astrée provide spectacular proof of this, in parallel to the production by the Lille Opera of Lully’s Thésée.
